Nectarines

C nectarines

Between April and September, we produce more than 7,500 tons of yellow and white nectarines

Why eat nectarines?

Water and energy, potassium, magnesium phosphorus; vitamins A, C, B3 and folic acid; and fructose. These are the credentials of nectarines, which make this fruit the perfect ally for our immune system and iron absorption.

If you are worried about your skin, nectarines are your friend fruit since they promote collagen production. And if you have problems with cholesterol, take note: this is one of the fruits which provides the greatest amount of vitamin B3, which enhances the degradation of cholesterol in the blood.
