Apricots

At Landfruit we produce 1.367 tons of apricots between the months of May and August

Why eat apricots?

The apricot is rich in vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium and magnesium and beta-carotene and tannins.

If you have kids, this is your fruit, because it helps bone growth and has benefits for the nervous system.

If you have water retention or constipation, apricots are your allies, because they are highly laxative. In fact, they even have the ability to reduce inflammation of the intestines.

But even more, because this fruit will help to combat problems such as hypertension and gout, they prevent cardiovascular and degenerative problems, protecting vision, skin, hair, teeth and bones.

To help strengthen your immune system or stress, apricots also are fabulous.
